Heidi Baker, Bev Steffen and Diane Olivares are my go to State Farm people at Heidi Baker's Le Center Office. Heidi has set me with great insurance and Bev and Diane are always there to assist me. This week, I was trying to communicate with State Farm Claims on a small claim on my ATC which had mice damage over the winter. It was difficult to contact Claims directly and I called Bev twice this week and both times 5 minutes later the Claims people contacted me. Bev must have some special kind of power to be able to generate such an immediate response. Thanks to Heidi, Bev and Diane for their awesome support.

State Farm was wonderful to work with when I lost the diamond in my wedding set. My representative from State Farm was kind and understanding which I appreciated very much. My jewelry will continue to be covered by State Farm!

I recently switched agents and so glad I did!!! Bev with Heidi Baker-State Farm did an amazing job helping me handle my claim. Very professional and responsive. Was able to help speed the process along with the claims handler so I was able to have a rental car until I could purchase a new vehicle and then made sure they appropriate documents were filed in order to receive my payout.
